Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. Ketchup
  • 3/4 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce -- * see note
  • 6 Tbsp. Molasses
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Liquid Barbecue Smoke -- ** See note

Инструкции

  1. Use more Tabasco sauce if desired it hotter.** Liquid Smoke is optional.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat till boiling. Keep hot on low heat till ready to serve. Pour over grilled meat or possibly poultry.
