Ингредиенты

  • 6 x Strips bacon Spanish or possibly ripe olives
  • 4 x Hard cooked Large eggs
  • 10 med Potatoes
  • 1/3 c. Minced onion
  • 1/2 c. Minced dill pickles
  • 1/3 c. Minced celery
  • 2 Tbsp. Or possibly more vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Mustard
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise, not salad dressing Salt & pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. Boil potatoes, peel & dice. Fry bacon till crisp; crumble & set aside.
  2. Slice olives, drain on paper towel & set aside. Slice Large eggs; toss with remaining ingredients. Garnish with bacon & olives. May be prepared day before, cover & chill.
