Рецепт Gluten Free Funfetti and Other Exciting Finds

Lately, it seems like every time I go to the grocery store, there is a new Gluten Free product on the shelves! I love finding new offerings, and while I may not always purchase them right away, I get excited to see my local retailers embracing Gluten Free labeling.

Just yesterday at my local Harris Teeter, I found two new items:

I snagged the Funfetti right away since my birthday is coming up. The muffin mix was also hard to resist – those mixes are such a childhood memory for me!!

But I will say that the ingredient list is complete garbage. I knew it wouldn’t be good – hello it’s processed food – but I was shocked by the list. I still might indulge in a batch but I’m not sure that I would buy them again. No judgment to…
