- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (check for gluten free)
