Рецепт Gluten Free Breaded Chicken Sandwich

Two ingredients that never fail:

Bacon and Cheese!

Seriously. Put it on a salad. Put it on a sandwich. Put it on a darn pizza – it’s going to be delicious!

So when Parrish and I pulled these Gluten Free Chicken Sandwiches from the depths of our freezer last night,

I knew what we needed to kick them up a notch!

Bacon and cheese!

I LOVE Cabot Horseradish Cheddar. It’s smooth and creamy like a Havarti Cheese, with just enough spice and a killer ability to melt in to ooey gooey goodness.

I also LOVE Free Bird Gluten Free Chicken Patties! I used to be OBSESSED with them (evidence HERE and HERE) but then my Whole Foods stopped carrying them.

So imagine my glee when I saw them in the freezer…
