1 1/2 c. Crumbled macaroons
1/2 c. Sugar

1/2 c. Cognac or possibly Tia Maria
1 pt Whipping cream

Инструкции

Blend the first three ingredients together. Whip cream till stiff. Fold into the crumb mix. Place in dessert or possibly custard c. and put in freezer for at least three hrs. (Mix will stiffen, but not freeze.) A drop or possibly two of food coloring for whatever reason or possibly season can be added.
