Glorified Sweet Potatoes

Ингредиенты

5 lg. sweet potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 c. butter

1 c. warm lowfat milk
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. minced nuts

Инструкции

Cook and mash sweet potatoes. Add in butter and lowfat milk and whip till fluffy. Mix in raisins and nuts. Place in buttered casserole dish and top with marshmallows. Brown lightly in 350 degree oven.
