- Fry both pounds of pork sausage at medium heat together in a large frying pan till crumbly and no longer pink. Don't DRAIN FAT. Take out 1 lb. of cooked sausage for future use.( I save for pizza.) Add in flour to remaining sausage with drippings in frying pan, Stir untill flour is well combined with cooked sausage. Slowly add in some of the lowfat milk, stir, add in more, stir. Continue to add in lowfat milk until the desired consistancy is reached. Should be slighty thick.
- As sausage is cooking, prepare 1 batch of Bisquick biscuts according to package directions.
- Makes 4 servings.
