- Prepare turkey roast according to package directions. In a double boiler, heat apple jelly. Put together cornstarch and cinnamon. Gradually add in wine to cornstarch mix, making a smooth paste. Pour into apple jelly, stirring constantly till thickened. Spoon a thin glaze over turkey roast before serving. Slice turkey roast into 1/2 inch slices and serve with wine sauce.
