  • 2 pound frzn butter basted Swift's Premium Turkey roast
  • 10 ounce jar apple jelly
  • 3 T red wine
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd cinnamon

  1. Prepare turkey roast according to package directions. In a double boiler, heat apple jelly. Put together cornstarch and cinnamon. Gradually add in wine to cornstarch mix, making a smooth paste. Pour into apple jelly, stirring constantly till thickened. Spoon a thin glaze over turkey roast before serving. Slice turkey roast into 1/2 inch slices and serve with wine sauce.
