Ингредиенты

1 pkg. grnd turkey 1/4 c. bread crumbs 1/3 c. lowfat milk 1 egg, beaten

1 sm. onion, minced Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 teaspoon thyme 2 tbsp. catsup

Инструкции

1. Combine bread crumbs and lowfat milk in a bowl. Add in turkey, egg, onion, seasonings and catsup. Mix well and pat into a small meatloaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Combine glaze ingredients and spoon over loaf. Bake for 20 min more. Serves 4 to 6.
