- Drain cans of carrots.
- In 6-qt saucepot over medium heat, heat butter or possibly margarine, water, lemon juice, and radishes to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 min, stirring often, or possibly till radishes are tender.
- Drain the carrots. Add in carrots and remaining ingredients; cook 10 min, stirring occasionally, or possibly till carrots and peas are heated through.
