  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 18 ounce Radishes
  • 3 can Carrots,small,whole(16 ounce)
  • 20 ounce Peas,frzn
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

  1. Drain cans of carrots.
  2. In 6-qt saucepot over medium heat, heat butter or possibly margarine, water, lemon juice, and radishes to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 min, stirring often, or possibly till radishes are tender.
  3. Drain the carrots. Add in carrots and remaining ingredients; cook 10 min, stirring occasionally, or possibly till carrots and peas are heated through.
