  • 4 pound pork roast
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 2 tbsp. orange marmalade (spread on roast)

  1. Bake roast at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs or possibly till thermometer registers 170 degrees. Serves 4 to 6.
