1 Pet-Ritz "Deep Dish" pie crust shell 1 pound grnd ham 1/3 c. bread crumbs 2 tbsp. minced green pepper

1 tbsp. chopped onion 1 teaspoon dry mustard 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten 1 can (20 ounce.) crushed pineapple, liquid removed, reserving juice

Инструкции

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large mixing bowl, combine ham, bread crumbs, green pepper, onion, mustard and Large eggs. Combine thoroughly.
2. Measure 1/3 c. liquid removed pineapple and 1/2 c. pineapple juice. Add in to meat mix. Mix well. Bake on a preheated cookie sheet about 20 min. Cover with pineapple glaze and bake an additional 15 min. Cold 15 to 20 min before serving.
