3 pound ham loaf mix 6 c. corn flakes 2 Large eggs, beaten

1 2/3 c. lowfat milk Pepper

Инструкции

1. Crush corn flakes with hand and mix with meat, Large eggs, lowfat milk, and pepper.
2. Shape into loaf. Bake about 2 hrs at 350-375 degrees. Spoon on glaze last 1/2 hour of baking.
