1 pound grnd smoked ham 1 pound grnd pork 1 c. Raisin Bran 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk

1/4 teaspoon salt Dash of pepper Dash of thyme 2 tbsp. minced onion

Инструкции

1. HAM BALLS: Make smaller meatballs - place close together in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour.
2. GLAZE: Combine ingredients for glaze, bring to boil. Spoon over ham balls after they have baked a half hour and then bake 30 min longer with glaze. Makes 24.
