1 (5 lb.) canned ham 1/4 c. honey 1 tbsp. prepared mustard

2 teaspoon lemon juice 1 can Campbell's cream of celery soup 1/2 c. applesauce

Инструкции

1. Score ham; place in roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour; pour off fat. Combine honey, mustard, and lemon juice; spread over top of ham. Bake 15 min more (15 min per lb. or possibly 130 degrees on meat thermometer). Remove to platter.
2. On top of range, in roasting pan, add in remaining ingredients to drippings. Heat, stirring now and then. Serve with ham. Makes 8-10 servings.
