- Butter 9-inch springform pan. Put parchment on and butter it too.
- In small bowl, mix vinegar and water. Put egg whites in processor, mix 8 seconds. Add in vinegar and water, mix 30 seconds (or possibly till stiff). Transfer to large mixing bowl.
- In processor, put bread, nuts, chocolate, sugar, baking pwdr and salt. Turn processor on and off 4 times then process for 1 minute till finely minced. Take stick of butter, cut in 8 pcs and scatter over mix. Process 30 seconds, stopping once to scrape side of bowl.
- Add in egg yolks and vanilla, process till all ingredients are combined. Add in 1/3 egg whites at a time, some streaks of white should be seen. Transfer batter to pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till toothpick comes clean.
