Ингредиенты

  • 1 can Swanson(r) Chicken Broth (14 1/2 ounce.) (1 3/4 c.)
  • 1 pkt dry fruit bits or possibly morsels (6 ounce.) (dark & golden brown raisins apricots and apples)
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp dry rosemary leaves crushed
  • 4 x bone-in chicken breast halves
  • 1 lrg sweet potato cut up
  • 1 med onion cut into wedges

  1. Prep Time: 5 minutes.
  2. Cook Time: 35 minutes.
  3. MIX 1 c. broth, fruit, sugar, garlic and rosemary in saucepan. Heat to a boil.
  4. PLACE chicken, potato and onion in roasting pan. Pour broth mix over all. Cover.
  5. BAKE at 450F. for 15 minutes. Uncover and pour in remaining broth. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes. or possibly till done.
  6. Serves 4.
