- 2 med seedless oranges segmented, membrane removed, minced - (1 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 6 x boneless skinless chicken breasts - (4 ounce ea)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 c. orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. Land O Lakes butter
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

- Stir together all salsa ingredients in small bowl. Cover; chill till serving time.
- Heat gas grill on medium or possibly charcoal grill till coals are ash white. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Stir together all glaze ingredients in 1-qt saucepan. Cook glaze mix over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix thickens and comes to a full boil (5 to 7 min). Serve with chicken.
- Place chicken on grill; brush with glaze. Grill, turning once and brushing with glaze, till chicken is no longer pink (12 to 15 min). Cook remaining glaze in 1-qt saucepan till mix comes to a boil (5 to 7 min). Serve glaze with chicken and orange salsa.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
