Glazed Carrots

Ингредиенты

2 bags (2 lb.) carrots, peeled & diced
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar

1 teaspoon nutmeg
3-4 tbsp. orange juice

Инструкции

Peel, slice and cook carrots in boiling water till cooked but still hard. Drain. Mix rest of ingredients and cook till warm. Pour over carrots and serve immediately.
