Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound carrots
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil or possibly safflower oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry basil, oregano or possibly Italian seasoning
  • 1 sm. clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • Fresh grnd pepper

Инструкции

  1. Peel or possibly scrub carrots and cut into thin strips or possibly pcs. Heat oil in frying pan, add in carrots. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 min, stirring occasionally. Add in basil, oregano or possibly Italian seasoning, sugar, garlic, water and pepper. Cook uncovered about 20 min till carrots are tender and liquid is reduced to a thin syrup.
