- Yogurt â 4 tbsp (or enough to knead the dough)
- Clarified butter â 2 tbsp
- Baking soda â 1/2 tsp
- Water â 4 cups
- Sugar â 3 cups
- Rose essence â few drops, optional. You can use Saffron Essence too.
- Cardamom powder â 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Saffron â few strands, optional
- Salt- ¼ tsp
