Ингредиенты

  • 4 x Sole fillets, 4 ounce each
  • 1 x Egg yolk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 5 x To 6 drops sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grated fresh ginger
  • 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 x Green onions, minced

Инструкции

  1. Wipe sole fillets and place on foil lined broiler pan. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place next 6 ingredients in a food processor, blender and process 20 seconds.
  3. Gradually pour in extra virgin olive oil, processing all the time. Process 30 seconds till well combined and slightly thickened. Spread mix over sole fillets.
  4. Broil just till fish is opaque, about 4 inch from the heat. Top of fillets will darken as the sauce caramelizes. Serve with minced green onion on top of fillets.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
