Ингредиенты

  • 1 x pork tenderloin (12 ounce)*
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 6 Tbsp. chicken stock
  • 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • 2 x yellow bell peppers seeded and julienne
  • 2 x red bell peppers seeded and julienne
  • 1 bn scallions sliced diagonally
  • 3 Tbsp. cooked black beans coarsely minced fresh cilantro sprigs for garnish

  1. Cut into thin slices across the grain
  2. 1.Put the pork slices into a dish and mix them with the garlic and ginger. Let stand for at least 15 min.
  3. 2.Blend together the stock, sherry, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch in a bowl, and set aside.
  4. 3.Heat the oil in a wok or possibly frying pan and stir-fry the marinated pork for 2-3 min. Add in the peppers and scallions and continue to stir-fry for another 2 min. Add in the beans and sauce mix, and continue to cook, stirring till thickened.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with the cilantro.
  6. Makes 4 servings.
