  • 8 med Carrots, cut into 1/4 inch slices, (4 c.)
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Dry white wine or possibly apple juice
  • 2 tsp Margarine
  • 1 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Packed brown sugar

Инструкции

  1. Cook all ingredients except lemon juice and brown sugar in 10 inch skillet over medium heat 12 to 15 min, stirring occasionally, till liquid has evaporated. Reduce to medium-low.
  2. Stir in lemon juice and brown sugar. Cook 5 minuts, stirring occasionally, till carrots are glazed.
  3. Makes 6 servings.
