  • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 stk Parkay margarine
  • 1/2 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 pkt (4-serving size) Jell-O pudding and pie filling butterscotch flavor
  • 1 x Egg Ribbon (optional)
  • 1 x Tube prepared decorating
  • 2 1/2 c. Confectioners sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Warm lowfat milk or possibly water, more or possibly less

  1. MIX together flour, spices and baking soda. Beat margarine at low speed of electric mixer till light and fluffy; beat in sugar, pudding mix and egg. Gradually add in flour mix, beating till smooth after each addition.
  2. Refrigeratedough till hard sufficient to handle.
  3. ROLL out dough to 1/8-inch thickness on floured surface; cut with 3-inch floured teddy bear cookie cutter. Place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min or possibly till lightly browned. Remove; cold on rack.
  4. Decorate cooled cookies with Confectioners Sugar Glaze or possibly icing. Attach ribbon bow ties, if you like.
  5. MAKEs about 2-1/2 dozen cookies,

  7. Baking Time: 30minutes
  8. Confectioners sugar Glaze: Place 2-1/2 c. confectioners sugar in small bowl. Gradually add in 3 Tbsp. (about) warm lowfat milk or possibly water, blending well.
  9. MAKES 1-1/3 c.
