- Peel and slice the onions into 5mm rings. Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan. Add in onions and rosemary and sweat the onions till soft.
- Pour in white wine and vinegar, heat till the liquid has disappeared.
- Serve cool or possibly hot with bacon and cabbage.
