  • 16 ounce Can Of Sauerkraut, liquid removed
  • 4 x Chicken Breast Halves
  • 1 tsp Garlic Pwdr
  • 1 c. Barbecue Sauce

Инструкции

  1. Remove skin and bones from chicken breast halves. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread sauerkraut proportionately in the bottom of a rectangular 11x7 baking dish.
  3. Place chicken breast halves on the sauerkraut; sprinkle with garlic pwdr. Spread barbecue sauce over chicken. Cover and bake about 1 hour or possibly till juice of chicken is no longer pink when center of thickest pcs are cut.
