  • 1 c. Strawberries
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Rum

  1. Fill a large lidded crock with all the ingredients combined. Cover; chill about two weeks. Serve over ice cream or possibly cake. As crock empties, refill and let stand, then enjoy rumtopf again. Almost any fruit, fresh or possibly dry, can be used. For a lovely no-cook summer dessert, try this.
