Ингредиенты

  • 1 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1 x Egg
  • 6 1/2 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (up to 2)
  • 11 Tbsp. (scant 3/4 c.) unsalted butter
  • 1 c. Plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. Grnd hazelnuts, pecans or possibly walnuts
  • 6 Tbsp. Water (up to 8) Chocolate candy coating

Инструкции

  1. For Dough - Mix flour, egg, margarine, sugar, baking pwdr and vanilla extract together and knead thoroughly. If dough is sticky, add in more flour.
  2. Roll out on greased 10x15-inch baking sheet.
  3. For Topping - Heat butter in pan at low heat. Add in sugar, mix well. Add in nuts and water, mix well. Put nut topping onto dough. Bake at 390 degrees for 20-30 min (till edges turn slight brown). Let cold for about 10 min. Cut into triangles. Let cold completely. Remove from baking sheet carefully. Paint all corners (not the bottom of the corners) with chocolate coating, such as Log House Almond Bark. Let the coating dry completely.
