- Cut onion fine, put in warm Crisco oil, fry golden. Then add in meat, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley and fry it till brown. Add in water or possibly beef bouillon. Simmer till meat is tender.
- Add in mushroom and make white flour sauce for gravy. Taste for flavor. Serve with German Dumplings (see recipe) or possibly potatoes.
