Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb Potatoes
  • 4 x Hard boiled Large eggs
  • 1 sm Cucumber
  • 3 ounce Bacon, diced
  • 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 x Onions, finely minced
  • 3 tsp Parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp Snipped chives Oil Vinegar

Инструкции

  1. Boil potatoes, peel & slice in cubes. Fry bacon till crisp. Slice Large eggs & cucumber & mix together with oil & vinegar to taste. Salt & pepper. Serve cold.
