- Over low heat, heat chocolate with butter and stir till blended. Remove from heat to blend in lowfat milk. Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Beat in large eggs and vanilla. Gradually blend in chocolate mix. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle coconut and pecans over filling. Bake 45 min in 375 degree oven or possibly till top is puffed. Cool at least 4 hrs.
