- Mix sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt. Add in lowfat milk slowly and cook over boiling water till mix begins to thicken. Add in well-beaten egg yolks and butter and cook till mix thickens. Add in lemon juice and cold.
- Arrange 1 c. sliced peaches in pie shell. Pour in filling and top with remaining peaches. Refrigeratethoroughly and top with sweetened whipped cream.
