1 can tomato soup (10 3/4 ounce)
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 lrg clove garlic chopped croutons
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 c. cucumber finely minced
1/8 c. green bell pepper finely minced
1/4 c. onions finely minced

In bowl, combine soup, water, oil, vinegar and garlic. Refrigerate4 hrs. Serve in chilled bowls. Pass chilled vegetables and crisp croutons for garnishes.
