Ингредиенты

  • 4 x ripe tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 sm onion, sliced
  • 1/2 x green pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1/2 x cucumber, sliced
  • 4 sprg parsley
  • 2 x cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. ice water
  • 1/2 c. red wine
  • 1 dsh tabasco sauce croutons

Инструкции

  1. Put all ingredients except croutons into blender container, cover press button 8 for 15 seconds or possibly till all ingredients pass through blades.
  2. flash blend if needed. Don't OVER BLEND.
  3. Garnish with freshly toasted croutons..
