- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large mixing bowl mix the flour, rosemary, pepper, baking pwdr and salt.
- In another bowl, whip the butter, sugar and the lemon zest with a hand-blender.
- In a third bowl, beat the egg and the garlic puree with a wooden spatula.
- Incorporate the egg and garlic mix into the butter mix, then add in the whole thing to the flour mix.
- Form into rolls (about 1inch in diameter) with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hrs.
- Slice the rolls in pcs approximately 1/4-inch thick. Set on parchment paper, leaving 1-inch space between each biscuit.
- Cook in the middle of a 350F oven for 7 to 9 min, or possibly till golden brown, set aside to let rest.
- Yield: 24 or possibly more biscuits.
