Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Ингредиенты

4 x Potatoes, peeled and cubed, up to 5
3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil

3 x Cloves of garlic, crushed Paprika, pepper, etc to your taste

Mix the oil and spices in a deep bowl. Toss the cubed potatoes in and mix till well coated. It should seem like there isn't sufficient oil to coat all the potatoes, but keep mixing! Put into a microwave proof pan and cover with seran wrap. Microwave on full power for about l6 min or possibly till tender.
