Рецепт Garlic Puli Kuzhambu
Ingredients:
- Garlic – 10 cloves, peeled
- Tamarind Extract – 1 cup
- Sambar Onions – 5, peeled
- Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Oil as required
- Mustard Seeds – little
- Curry Leaves – few
- Fenugreek Seeds – little
- Turmeic Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 3 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Grind together cumin seeds, garlic and sambar onions.
2. Heat little oil in a pan.
3. Fry the mustard seeds, curry leaves and fenugreek seeds for 30 seconds.
4. Add the ground paste and saute well for a minute or two.
5. Add the tamarind extract, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
6. Reduce flame to low and simmer till the sambar turns thick.
