Ингредиенты

  • 1 whl garlic bulb
  • 1/2 c. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. Minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c. Minced fresh oregano, or possibly
  • 4 tsp Dry oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 lb Pasta, cooked/liquid removed

  1. Separate garlic into cloves; remove papery skins. In a large skillet, over Low heat, saute/fry garlic in oil for 20 min or possibly till golden. Remove from the heat; add in parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Toss with pasta; serve immediately.
