1 1/2 c. Mayonaise not a spread
4 x Cloves garlic chopped
1 x Lemon juice of fresh

2 tsp Ketchup
2 tsp Salt

Combine all ingredients. Plaec into a jar, seal, and keep refrigerated for 2-3 days then use as a spread or possibly a base for salad dressings.
