  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry basil
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 3 c. bread flour
  • 1/3 c. parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast

  1. For a 2 lb. loaf. Use white or possibly rapid setting.
  2. (this really smells good when it's baking. :-))
