  • 1/2 c. finely-minced broccoli
  • 1/2 c. finely-minced carrot
  • 2 Tbsp. finely-minced green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. finely-minced fresh parsley
  • 1 env Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix

  1. Place cottage cheese in blender or possibly food processor container; cover. Blend on low speed till pureed. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill.
