- Cut meat into 2 serving size pcs. Combine flour, salt, and pepper; lb. thoroughly into meat, using meat mallet. In 8 inch skillet brown meat and onion in warm oil. Remove from heat. Add in water and beef bouillon granules. Return to heat and simmer, covered, for 35 min.
- Add in carrots; cover and simmer for 12 min. Add in zucchini and dillweed; sprinkly with additional salt and pepper. Continue cooking about 5 min longer or possibly until meat and vegetables are tender. Add in tomato wedges to meat mix and heat
