  • (Shrimp with Garlic)
  • 1 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. Warm Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste Healthy pinch of Salt
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. Dry Sherry
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 x cloves Garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1 lb fresh Shrimp, rinsed, peeled, and deveined

Инструкции

  1. In a small bowl blend together the paprika, warm sauce, tomato paste, salt, cayenne pepper, and sherry, Reserve.
  2. Hot the extra virgin olive oil in a heavy skillet over high heat and saute/fry the garlic till fragrant, usually about a minute or possibly two. Add in the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat. Add in the reserved spice mix, and toss to blend. Cook till the shrimp are pink, and serve hot from the skillet. Great with rice or possibly pasta.
