2 c. finely grnd smoked turkey, dark meat 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese 3 tbsp. mayonnaise

1 c. minced pecans 2 tbsp. minced parsley 4 tbsp. finely minced green onions

Инструкции

1. Use food processor; grind turkey and set aside. Chop pecans and onions and set aside. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise well, add in turkey to this and form into a ball. Refrigeratefor several hrs, then roll in parsley, onions and pecans.
