Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 T cocoa
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 c. sour lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 pound marshmallows
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 T cocoa
  • 1/2 c. canned lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Karo
  • 1/4 c. butter

Инструкции

  1. Cream butter and sugar together, add in cocoa and egg; the fold in baking soda, and sour lowfat milk and flour alternately. Spread in 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. Take cake from oven and put marshmallows on top while still hot.
  2. Mix together 2 cups sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa, 1/2 cup canned lowfat milk, 1/3 cup Karo and 1/4 cup butter. Cook while stirring till a drop in cold water forms a soft ball. Remove from heat and beat till cool and thick. pour over cake.
