  • 1/4 c. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 3/4 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Instant espresso coffee
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 bag semisweet chocolate chips, 12 ounces
  • 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Pecans, minced
  • 1 x 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
  • 1 1/2 tsp Rum extract
  • 1 c. Whipping cream, whipped stiffly Chocolate sprinkles

Инструкции

  1. Cream margarine and brown sugar till light and fluffy. Stir in espresso.
  2. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
  3. Place chips in 4-c. measure or possibly small bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM(50%) till melted, 1 to 2 min, stirring 2 or possibly 3 times. Stir chocolate, flour and pecans into butter, sugar, egg mix. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake 24 to 28 min on broiling trivet on LOW MIX. Cold. Fold rum extract into whipped cream. Spread on top of pie and decorate with sprinkles.
