Ингредиенты

  • 8 inch graham cracker pie shell
  • 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 T light corn syrup
  • 1 (3 1/4 ounce) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream

Инструкции

  1. Heat chocolate chips with evaporated lowfat milk over hot water. Remove from heat; add in corn syrup and stir till smooth. Pour into graham cracker pie shell.Put together lowfat milk and instant pudding mix and beat till it thickens. Beat whipped cream till stiff. Fold whipped cream into pudding mix. Pour on top of fudge layer. Refrigerate till set, about 2-3 hrs.
