1 Tbsp. flax seeds
1 x serving vegetable protein pwdr (follow package measurements)
1/2 c. frzn berries - (to 3/4) (whatever berries you like)
10 dsh Stevia sweetener

Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder. Then add in all ingredients to blender and blend till smooth.
